Before you begin, we're going to ask you to complete a brief questionnaire. We'll start with the basics, like where you’re from, and then ask you to share a bit about your viewpoints and experiences at school. Please take your time and answer honestly. We'll use your responses to tailor Perspectives to be more relevant for you. These questions will also help us determine the impact of our program and improve the learning experience for students who will take this program in the future.
We take data privacy very seriously. Everything you share in this questionnaire will remain completely anonymous and confidential.
Your responses will be stripped of personal identifiers and will never be traced back to you by the Constructive Dialogue Institute (CDI) or by anyone at your school.
Some questions may concern sensitive personal demographic information. You can choose "Prefer not to say" to opt out of answering these questions. No one will be able to see your answers to these questions, or that you selected “Prefer not to say” at any point.
CDI may analyze the anonymized data of your group overall and synthesize the findings to provide recommendations about how to improve your school's culture. If that happens, no individual responses will be traced back to you by Perspectives or your school.
Your honest answers to these questions are incredibly valuable for improving our program. If you'd like to view any of your data and/or have it deleted, please email info@constructivedialogue.org and your request will be accommodated promptly.
As you go through Perspectives, you’ll be asked to submit answers to questions, both in multiple-choice and fill-in-the-blank formats. None of the questions within the lessons are graded and your answers will not be visible to your instructor.
The only submissions that can be seen by your instructor are the scored quizzes. To reinforce your learning as you go through the program, you will complete two multiple-choice quizzes – one at the midpoint of the program and one at the conclusion. Your instructor can see both your score and your responses to individual questions.
